Getting started

Mt. Logos works in any modern browser and as an app on your phone. Whichever way you open

it, you sign in with the same account, and your planner, budget, goals, and logs sync

between every device you are signed in on.

New accounts start with a free trial. You can create an account and manage your

subscription at mtlogos.com.

Billing and subscriptions

• Your subscription and payment method are managed on the website at mtlogos.com, through

our payment processor, Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers.

• To change plans or update your card, open Settings in the app on the web, or use the

billing link in any Stripe receipt email.

• Cancelling: open Settings, then "Feedback / Cancel", or use the billing portal link

in a receipt. Cancel before your free trial ends and you are never charged. Cancel later

and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

• Except where the law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable. If something went

wrong with a charge, email us and we will make it right.

Password and account recovery

• Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
• If you saved a recovery code when you created your account, use it to reset your

password without losing any of your synced data.

• If you do not have a recovery code, you can still reset your password, but because your

data is encrypted with a key only you hold, the copy stored on our servers cannot be

decrypted afterward and is cleared. The copy on a device you are still signed in on is

not affected.

Your data and privacy

• Everything you type into Mt. Logos is encrypted on your own device before it reaches

us, with a key derived from your password. We store unreadable ciphertext and cannot

read your entries, budget, journal, or logs.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app and use the delete-account option, or email us and we will do

it for you. Deleting your account removes your personal information and your stored

(encrypted) content, except records we are required by law to keep, such as tax and

transaction records.
